Step 3: Write down the grade percentage (g _final) and percentage of semester grade (w _final) for the final exams.

g _final = 80%

w _final  = 40%

Step 4: Write down the semester grade formula and substitute the values in the formula.

Semester grade = g _1st × w _1st + g _2nd × w _2nd + g _final × w _final

Semester Grade = 75 × 30% + 70 × 40% + 80 × 40%

Semester Grade = 82.5%
